Once your return is approved, the item must be shipped back within 14 days. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrectly sent.

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund. Bambini Method® will cover any required return shipping for items that arrived damaged, defective, or were sent incorrectly.

Approved returns will be refunded for the full purchase price to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving and approving the return.
